Following the Minister for Finance, signing an Order to commence certain sections of the CUCORA, 2012, the Credit Union Act, 1997 (Regulatory Requirements) Regulations 2016 came into force on 01 January 2016.
The regulations covers a number of areas including reserves, liquidity, lending, investments, savings, and borrowings.
